BIRDMIND took part in the Galicia Fórum Gastronómico with a proposal that proves sustainability can also be part of the culinary experience. Under the slogan “Your next project could be made of rice,” we showcased how circular materials can be integrated into the design of spaces where food is shared, created, and enjoyed.
Our material RiceTab, made from rice husk waste, played a key role in several areas of the event — from our own stand, designed as a meeting point and media interview set, to the main stage display tables where chefs and brands presented their creations to the public.
We also designed and built the event’s welcome stand entirely with RiceTab, reinforcing a collaboration that highlights the Fórum’s commitment to responsible materials and local innovation.
