Last week, Rice Tab was present at the materiO’ showroom in Paris during a meeting dedicated to new materials and attended by professionals from the worlds of design, fashion and luxury.
For BIRDMIND, it was a source of pride to see Rice Tab in a space dedicated to exploring new possibilities around materials and sharing this environment with innovative proposals from different fields.
These kinds of spaces play an increasingly important role in the sector: they provide an opportunity to discover new materials, explore their possibilities and, above all, connect them with the professionals who can bring them into real projects. The connection between manufacturers, designers, architects, interior designers and specifiers is essential for material innovation to move beyond the laboratory and find new applications.
For BIRDMIND, being present in these environments is also an opportunity to introduce Rice Tab to new professionals and continue expanding the contexts in which a material developed from an agricultural by-product can become part of architecture, interior design, retail, contract and design projects.
